The main house features different lounge-areas surrounding the 90-feet infinity pool and offers space for relaxation, the hot tub sits in a palapago and is surrounded by the pool bar. The cottage is at the bottom part of the farm, between the horse stables and tennis court.

There are many activities to keep you occupied at Villas Austria including a language course, salsa dancing, hiking, surfing, golf, fishing, yoga, horse back riding, tennis, soccer, jogging, swimming and the fitness corner. You may also like to enjoy having a massage or a salt rub.

Activities

The area around Villas Austria is beautiful for horsebackriding and we have some horses and a pony that can be ridden english or western saddle.

You have the possibility to choose "your horse" and take care for it over the period of your visit.

Including a tour over 2 days, sleeping in a typical cabina, or under open sky next to the fireplace...

At Villas Austria also the young riders are welcome to join the tours.

Our infinity-pool offers a 90 feet x 15 feet swim-zone, with great views of the mountains, the river valley and the ocean. A 13.5 feet x 33 feet flat section for the kids provides enough space for playful learning and gaining confidence in the water.

On the bottom part of the farm (a ten-minute walk downhill from the mainhouse), you can find our one-mile jogging loop with firm, natural ground.

It starts at the water-station in front of the cottage, passes the tennis court, the soccer field, and the horse pastures, surrounds the horse stables and completes itself again at the cottage.

The loop is shaded by trees and mostly flat except for a small section behind the stables, that then gradually evens out again. (10 loops are the most ever run..... you want to beat that?)

Villas Austria even has its own soccer team that competes against other local teams! The team practices on a regular basis on the Farm own soccer field, and if you are a soccer enthusiast, you can join in anytime!

Friendly matches, in which you can also participate can also be arranged- it's the easiest way to make friends with the locals.

Above the mainhouse awaits you a wooden yoga-platform with mirrored walls and oceanview.
