We require 50% to reserve. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival, 60 days if Holiday week
Cancellation :
The 50% initial reservation deposit is non-refundable at any time. The remaining 50% deposit is fully refundable provided that the villa can be rebooked for the same period. Administration costs and rate differences will be deducted.
