This magnificent villa is built in two floors approximately eight years ago. It is very ample, with an adequate architectural design. Wall footings, foundations, walls in exteriors and lower floor divisions and inter- floor structures are made of concrete. The inner divisions of the second floor are gypsum laminates. The roof structure is of galvanized laminated profiles, and supports a cover of tiles and thermal insulation. The materials used in the construction are of excellent quality, and reveal excellent maintenance.
From the architectural point of view, the lower floor has a garage for two vehicles under roof and up to 6 extra spaces of parking area, ample living room and dining room, magnificent American style Kitchen, one bedroom with dressing room and full bathroom, a staircase nucleus leading to the second floor, guest bedroom with full bathroom and laundry room.
On the second floor one finds the main bedroom with full bathroom, Jacuzzi and a dressing room of ample dimensions, and a second bedroom with full bathroom and dressing room. Each of the bedrooms has an open terrace, balcony type. The views from both bedrooms are breath taking!
The property also has an independent guest house equipped with kitchen, living and dining room, full bathroom and mezzanine.
