The house consists of 4 levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and sleeps 8 to 10. Balconies extending across the front of the house have floor to ceiling windows. These verandahs are a perfect place to relax, sip a tropical drink or indulge in some summer reading.

There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable living area on the main level, all facing the ocean.
