Playa Bejuco (Central Pacific), Costa Rica

Activities on offer in the Playa Bejuco area include surfing and fishing, both of which are particularly ideal and appropriate given the waves in the area which range from mild to strong.

The area has only a mild level of development for tourism and such, though there is plenty of accommodation available including hotels, many of which cater for families with children, and it is a particularly ideal destination spot for those tourists looking for somewhere a little more out of the way, more relaxed and generally considerably less crowded than the more popular and obvious 'tourist' areas. Access to the area is easy and pleasant, with lots of roads leading there and in good condition.
