Vacation in our villa at Playa Panama, Costa Rica.

Dear Paul,
We spent the first week of March in your gorgeous villa in Playa Panama.
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us in beautiful Costa Rica.
Our only complaint is that our stay was too short as there was so much more we wanted to see and do there!
La Amistad was so lovely and the view so breathtaking that we found ourselves planning outings in the morning and rushing excitedly back to be able to enjoy the view, the pool and the utter relaxation it provided.
We were not quite prepared for the extreme heat & humidity that we faced the first few days in the area, ( we left Toronto in a blizzard of snow) so spent time just relaxing by the pool, in the shade and watching the most awesome sunsets. These evenings are unforgettable and although we all seek adventure on our vacations, one must remember that after all, it is a "vacation", so time to relax and just be in the moment and enjoy the surroundings is paramount. We certainly did that!
It was like watching a nature film with parrots flitting about., listening to their mating calls, the howler monkeys communicating so close by and the very large Iguana that made it's appearance nightly by the pool! We could not have asked for a better production! Are they all on your pay roll? LOL
We did however, force ourselves away form the villa to go zip lining at Witch's Rick, visit the many towns and beaches and a day in the rainforest at the spa with the healing natural hot pools! The trip to Tamarindo was something else!! What a joy ride on the road in and out!! Enough said.
We are already planning a return visit to Costa Rica and all of the other day trips we can do when there and hope that Amistad will be available again at that time. We were actually thinking that we would love to visit C.R during the rainy season to be able to experience it in full bloom. Apparently July is pretty awesome there, according to some people we spoke to, as it is a little cooler and more local produce available. That may be a time we would appreciate more since we Canadians are a little more acclimatized for cooler temps.! LOL
Once again, many, many thanks.
Kind Regards,
Terry and Pamela Collins
